Casing screen Johnson type for water well drilling

Materials: stainless steel (SS), low carbon galvanized (LCG), also can be 

         design according to the customers' request.

Slot size(mm): 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0 also achieved upon customer request.

Filter type: From outside to inside.

Styles of connection: Plain beveled ends for butt welding or threaded.

Length: up to 6000mm.

Johnson wire V casing screen pipe consist of V-shape profile wire and the longitudinal support rods. 

Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded of water well screen. So it has sturdy constriction and good mechanical property. the V-shape section plane can avoid blockage and make sure of the 

unimpeded water. the consecutive slot have more open area, and water well screen  can reduce the speed of the water entering to avoid the sand entering the screen under the great pressure, so it can filter sand better. meanwhile ,the slot can change according to the real condition of the earth.

The Johnson wire V casing screen pipe is composed of rib strips and 

V shaped wires through manufacturing on specialized welding machine. The rib strips and V shaped 

wires will be welded by resistance welding, has enough welding strength, equally slot gap, high corrosion resistance, large filter area, good permeability, simple structure, 0.1mm slot gap, and can be select  by client in any way.
