Our pipe base screens are manufactured with strict quality standards to be at par with international standards. The screen jackets are manufactured by spirally wounding narrow faced Vee-Wire around a cage of longitudinal support rods. Each intersection point of these wires is fusion welded. These jackets are then mounted over seamless pipe(API Casing, tubing) which is perforated as per international standards to ensure flow performance, and then both ends of jacket are welded on to the seamless pipe.

The screen mainly consists of  base pipe and the jacket with punched slot; it has many advantages as follows:
 1.The material of the filter is stainless steel, it has strong anti-corrosion ability
 2.We have advanced manufacture machine, so the slot with precise control. the width of slot is 0.3mm-1.0mm,with the tolerance is  ±0.05mm,we will manufacture them according to your requirement completely.
 3.Perfect integral strength and strong anti-deformation ability, The internal part of filtration jacket is supported by base pipe and the outer protective shroud can be fixed outside the filtration jacket if necessary The special design can efficiently control the sand and gravel, and the two slot screen can improve the effect. so the screen can allow water and oil to enter the well freely and at the same time, it keeps the majority of the sand and gravel out of the well.
