The details of johnson screen filter as follow,
1The material are round wires ,they can be carbon steel or stainless steel (304 304L 316 316L),they will be made in triangular wire . This type of screen made up of rods and warp.the rod can be round wire,triangular wire and trapezoid wire.
2 The produce process, the wedge wire and rod will be weld firmly by machine at the each intersection point
The wire is welded to the rods and produces a rigid unit that has high strength and minimum weight.
3The slot size. our slot size can be range from 0.05-3mm or as your demand. The warp is triangular wire(v-shape wire).The water well screens have astructure and high open area;as well as accurate slot dimension.
4 The Diamater . it can be range from 25mm-600mm, Johnson screen have heat -resising,anti-corrosive,good machine capability,last long ,satefy and reliability and so on.
5 The end connection . it can be thread coupling ,weld ring or flange ,we can do as your demand
