Multilayer-Packing Screens used for oil well casing

Sand control screen mainly consists of perforated base pipe, sand control filtration jacket, and stainless steel outer protective shroud. The base pipe is of API casing or API tubing. The sand control filtration jacket is made of multilayer stainless steel precise microspore weaves. All parts of sand control screen are welded together.
Sand control screen is a new efficient technology of mechanical sand control with excellent performance in practice by its high permeability, high strength, high deformation adaptive capacity, high reliability and good anti-corrosion property.

1. For common wells, the base pipe is API casing or tubing (J55, N80, L80,etc.). Sand control filtration jacket and protective shroud are made of high quality stainless steel.


They consist of two screens or multilayer screen.
Perforated pipe inside and Johnson type screens outside.
The base pipe can be made of casing pipes, seamless pipe or welded pipe.
ID of Johnson type screen equals OD of the perforated pipe
